Terms of Service

CroSpace is the comprehensive catalog of Croatian organizations in the European space ecosystem, operated by KOLAB – obrt za poslovne i ostale usluge, vl. Marko Rajković in its capacity as the Croatian Industrial Coordinator for ESA. The platform enables discovery of Croatian space sector capabilities and facilitates introductions between organizations.

By using this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all submissions
• Not submit spam, false, or misleading connection requests
• Not attempt to access administrative or restricted areas without authorization
• Use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes related to the space sector
• Respect the intellectual property rights of listed organizations

When you submit a connection request, the Industrial Coordinator reviews your request and, if appropriate, facilitates an introduction between you and the target organization. We aim to process requests within 5 business days.

We do not guarantee that all connection requests will result in introductions. The Industrial Coordinator reserves the right to decline requests that are inappropriate, outside the scope of the space sector, or appear to be spam.

Organizations listed in the catalog are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. Profile changes submitted by entity representatives require approval by the Industrial Coordinator before publication.

We reserve the right to remove or archive entity profiles that contain inaccurate information, are no longer active, or violate these terms.

The CroSpace platform, including its design, code, and content structure, is the property of the operator. Entity logos and profile content remain the property of their respective organizations.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The outcome of any introductions or connections facilitated through the platform
• The accuracy of information provided by listed organizations
• Any business decisions made based on information found in the catalog
• Service interruptions or data loss due to technical issues

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
